2. Shipping Coverage
Crafiya currently ships orders across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on our website or confirmed by our support team.
3. Products We Ship
We mainly sell handmade jewellery and accessories, including:
- Handmade beaded jewellery
- Shell jewellery
- Cowrie jewellery
- Earrings
- Necklace sets
- Choker sets
- Bracelets
- Anklets
- Beaded waist belts
- Cowrie waist belts
- Fashion accessories
Since our products are handmade, each order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
4. Dispatch Timeline
Our average dispatch time is 5–7 days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note that dispatch timelines may vary slightly during festivals, sales, high-demand periods, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the order will be processed only after the required 25% advance payment is received and confirmed.
5. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and serviceability of the PIN code.
Delivery may take longer for remote areas, rural locations, public holidays, courier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Charges
Crafiya offers free shipping on orders across India.
We do not currently offer any paid shipping or express shipping option.
7. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
For COD orders, customers are required to make 25% advance payment before the order is confirmed and processed. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
If a COD order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch, the 25% advance payment will be refunded as per our Cancellation Policy.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
8. Courier Partners
We use Shiprocket as our shipping platform and work with various courier partners, including but not limited to:
- Blue Dart
- India Post
- Major courier partners across India
The courier partner is selected based on location, PIN code serviceability, delivery efficiency, and logistics availability.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the courier tracking system.
Customers are requested to use the tracking details provided to monitor their shipment status.

10. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.
Please ensure that the following details are correct:
- Full name
- Complete delivery address
- PIN code
- Phone number
- Email address
Crafiya will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, return-to-origin, or non-delivery caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer details.
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply.
11. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their internal policy.
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or fails to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to Crafiya.
In such cases, any re-shipping request may require additional charges, depending on the situation.
12. Delay in Delivery
Crafiya makes reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders on time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines in cases where delays are caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, weather conditions, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us and we will assist you with tracking and courier coordination.
13. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the package and should contact us immediately.
For claims related to damaged products, wrong products, or missing items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
The unboxing video should clearly show the sealed package before opening and the complete opening process.
14. Handmade Product Note
All Crafiya products are handmade. Therefore, slight variations in color, size, shape, bead placement, shell shape, finish, or overall appearance may occur.
Such minor variations are natural in handmade products and should not be considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different due to photography, lighting conditions, screen brightness, or device display settings.
