How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

Crafiya products are carefully checked and packed before shipping.

Our average dispatch time is 5โ€“7 days after order confirmation. After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 5โ€“7 days, depending on your location, courier partner, and PIN code serviceability.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Do you ship all over India? Is shipping free

Yes, we ship across India.

Crafiya offers free shipping on all orders. We use Shiprocket and trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, India Post, and other major courier services in India.

Courier availability and delivery time may vary depending on your PIN code.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders.

For COD orders, customers need to pay 25% advance payment before the order is confirmed and processed. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

This small advance helps us avoid fake orders and ensures that your handmade product is reserved and packed with care.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed only under our policy.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be unused, undamaged, with original tag and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, without tag, has perfume smell, stains, sweat marks, makeup marks, or signs of wear.

Sale and discounted products are non-returnable.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, wrong, defective, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for such claims. The video should show the sealed package, opening process, shipping label, and product condition clearly.

If the mistake is from Crafiyaโ€™s side, we will take responsibility and guide you with the next steps.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order only before dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund may take around 7 days to process.

For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, the 25% advance payment will be refunded.

Are Crafiya products exactly the same as shown in photos?

Crafiya products are handmade, so every piece has its own unique beauty.

Slight variations in color, size, shell shape, bead placement, texture, or finish may happen because each product is made by hand. Product colors may also look slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

These small differences are not defects; they are what make your Crafiya piece personal and special.
