Welcome to Crafiya. This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted, processed, confirmed, refunded, and handled for orders placed on our website.
By placing an order with Crafiya, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Payment Policy.

2. Payment Gateway
Crafiya uses Shiprocket Checkout as the payment gateway/payment service provider for processing online payments and checkout-related transactions.
Payment processing may be handled by Shiprocket Checkout, banks, UPI providers, card networks, wallet providers, or other payment service providers integrated with the checkout system.
Crafiya does not directly store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, OTPs, or sensitive payment authentication details.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on availability at checkout, customers may be able to pay using:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery
- Other payment options available through Shiprocket Checkout
Available payment methods may change from time to time based on payment gateway, bank, service provider, or website settings.
4. Currency
All payments on Crafiyaโs website are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specifically stated otherwise.
5. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, customers must complete payment at the time of placing the order.
An order will be processed only after payment is successfully received and confirmed.
If payment is not completed, failed, declined, reversed, or not confirmed by the payment gateway, the order may not be processed.
6. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across India, subject to serviceability and order approval.
For COD orders, customers are required to make 25% advance payment before the order is confirmed and processed.
The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
Crafiya reserves the right to hold, cancel, or reject COD orders if:
- 25% advance payment is not completed
- Customer is unreachable for confirmation
- Delivery location is not serviceable
- Order appears suspicious or fraudulent
- Customer has a history of refusing COD orders
- Required order details are incomplete or incorrect
7. Refund of COD Advance Payment
If a COD order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch and the cancellation is approved by Crafiya, the 25% advance payment will be refunded.
Refund may be processed through the original payment method, UPI, bank transfer, or another suitable method depending on how the advance payment was received.
Customers may be required to provide correct refund details.
Crafiya will not be responsible for refund delays caused by incorrect bank account, UPI, phone number, or payment details provided by the customer.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
8. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments
Sometimes, payments may fail, remain pending, or get deducted without successful order confirmation due to bank, payment gateway, internet, UPI, or technical issues.
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact us with:
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID or UTR number
- Order number, if generated
- Registered phone number or email address
- Payment date and amount
Crafiya will verify the payment status with the payment gateway or relevant service provider.
If the payment is confirmed and eligible, the order may be processed or refund may be initiated, depending on the situation.
If duplicate payment is received for the same order, the extra payment will be refunded after verification.
9. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, customers may receive order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.
However, an order may still be subject to review, verification, stock availability, address verification, fraud checks, or courier serviceability.
Crafiya reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if payment appears suspicious, incomplete, fraudulent, disputed, reversed, or not properly confirmed.
10. Pricing Errors
Crafiya makes reasonable efforts to ensure product prices, offers, and discounts are accurate.
However, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, typing error, system error, or listing mistake, Crafiya reserves the right to cancel the order or request the correct payment amount before processing the order.
If payment has already been made for such an order and the order is cancelled by Crafiya, the eligible refund will be processed.
11. Discounts, Offers, and Coupons
Discounts, offers, and coupon codes may be available from time to time.
Crafiya reserves the right to modify, withdraw, cancel, or restrict any offer, discount, or coupon code at any time without prior notice.
Sale and discounted items are non-returnable as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Only one offer or coupon may be allowed per order unless stated otherwise.
12. Refund Method
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer wherever possible.
For COD orders or COD advance payments, refunds may be processed through UPI, bank transfer, original payment source, or another suitable refund method.
Refunds are subject to approval under the applicable policy, including our Cancellation Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
13. Refund Timeline
For approved cancellations before dispatch, prepaid refunds may take approximately 7 days to process.
For approved returns, refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received by Crafiya and passes quality inspection.
Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment service provider.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer raises a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal request with their bank/payment provider, Crafiya reserves the right to hold order processing, cancel the order, or pause refund processing until the dispute is resolved.
Customers are encouraged to contact Crafiya first for any payment-related concern so that we can verify and assist with the issue.
15. Payment Security
Crafiya takes reasonable steps to work with trusted payment service providers and maintain a safe checkout experience.
However, customers are responsible for keeping their payment credentials, OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords, and banking information confidential.
Crafiya will never ask customers to share sensitive payment details such as CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password over phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media.
Customers should not share such sensitive information with anyone claiming to represent Crafiya.
16. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Payment details are correct
- Payment is completed successfully
- COD advance payment is completed where applicable
- Refund details provided are accurate
- Sufficient funds or limits are available
- Bank/UPI/payment provider issues are resolved with the relevant provider
- Payment screenshots or transaction details are shared when required for verification
Crafiya will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect payment details, failed bank transactions, customer-side technical issues, or errors from third-party payment providers.
17. Third-Party Payment Services
Payments on our website may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, wallet providers, or checkout service providers.
Such third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and processing timelines.
Crafiya is not responsible for technical failures, downtime, payment delays, gateway errors, or issues caused by third-party payment providers, but we will try to reasonably assist customers in resolving payment-related concerns.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Payment Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute related to payments, refunds, chargebacks, transactions, orders, or this Payment Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
