By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using any service offered by Crafiya, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Crafiya

Crafiya is a handmade jewellery and accessories brand. We mainly sell handmade beaded jewellery, shell jewellery, cowrie jewellery, earrings, necklace sets, choker sets, bracelets, anklets, beaded waist belts, cowrie waist belts, and accessories.

Our products are designed for customers who appreciate handcrafted details, unique styling, and artisan-inspired fashion accessories.

3. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Misuse, damage, or interfere with the functioning of the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, product images, logo, designs, or brand material
  • Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information while placing an order
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity

Crafiya reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel access to our website or services if we believe any user is violating these Terms & Conditions.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible on the website, including product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and other details.

However, customers understand and agree that:

  • Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, or device display settings.
  • Since our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations.
  • Minor differences in color, size, shape, shell texture, bead placement, finish, or overall appearance are natural in handmade products.
  • Such handmade variations will not be considered defects.

Customers are requested to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

5. No Custom Orders or Custom Sizes

Crafiya does not offer make-to-order products.

Custom sizes are not available. Products are sold only in the standard sizes mentioned on the product page.

Customers must check product size, design, color, and description carefully before placing an order.

6. Pricing and Availability

All product prices are displayed on the website in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Crafiya reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Placing a product in the cart does not reserve the product. An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, in the case of COD orders, after completion of the required advance payment and order confirmation.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Crafiya may cancel the order and process an eligible refund.

7. GST Information

At present, GST number is not available for Crafiya.

If GST registration becomes applicable or available in the future, relevant tax information may be updated on the website, invoices, or order documents.

8. Orders and Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.

Crafiya reserves the right to accept, reject, hold, or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect customer details
  • Incorrect pricing or listing error
  • Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
  • Courier service unavailability
  • Failure to complete COD advance payment
  • Operational or quality issues before dispatch

9. Payments

Crafiya uses Shiprocket Checkout as the payment gateway and may support payment methods such as prepaid payments, UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment information and complete all payment requirements at the time of placing the order.

Crafiya does not directly store full card or sensitive payment details. Payment processing is handled through the payment gateway or relevant payment service provider.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

For COD orders, customers are required to make 25% advance payment before the order is confirmed and processed. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, the 25% advance payment will be refunded as per our Cancellation Policy.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Crafiya reserves the right to reject, hold, or cancel COD orders if the advance payment is not completed, the customer is unreachable, or the order appears suspicious.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Crafiya ships orders across India.

Our average dispatch time is 5–7 days from order confirmation. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 days depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, and PIN code serviceability.

We offer free shipping across India. We do not currently offer paid shipping or express shipping.

We use Shiprocket as our shipping platform and may work with courier partners such as Blue Dart, India Post, and other major courier partners in India.

Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, festivals, weather conditions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

12. Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, eligible refunds may take approximately 7 days to process.

For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, the 25% advance payment will be refunded as per our Cancellation Policy.

13. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Crafiya allows returns and exchanges subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product if they wish to request a return or exchange.

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged by the customer, without tag, without required packaging, has perfume smell, stains, sweat marks, makeup marks, or signs of wear.

For damaged, wrong, defective, or missing product claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. If the unboxing video is not provided, Crafiya may refuse the return, exchange, or refund request.

If the mistake is from Crafiya’s side, such as wrong product delivered or defective product received, Crafiya will bear the return shipping cost after verification.

If the return or exchange is due to customer-side reasons such as change of mind, design not liked, wrong size selected, or personal preference, the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct name, phone number, email address, and delivery address
  • Checking product details before placing an order
  • Ensuring size and product selection are correct
  • Completing payment or COD advance payment where required
  • Being available to receive delivery
  • Raising return, exchange, or damage claims within the stated timeline
  • Providing required proof, photos, and unboxing video where applicable

Crafiya will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

15. Marketing Communication

By placing an order, signing up, contacting us, or sharing your details with Crafiya, you may receive order-related communication through email, SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp.

With your consent or where permitted, Crafiya may also send marketing communications, offers, product updates, promotions, abandoned cart reminders, or brand updates through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other communication channels.

Customers may opt out of marketing communication where such option is available.

16. Privacy and Data Collection

Crafiya may collect customer information such as:

  • Email address
  • Shipping address
  • Payment information
  • Size preferences
  • Order details
  • Website usage information

We may also use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, WhatsApp tracking, cookies, and remarketing tools for website analytics, advertising, marketing, and customer experience improvement.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the Crafiya website, including brand name, logo, tagline, product images, product descriptions, designs, graphics, text, website layout, packaging concepts, and visual identity, belongs to Crafiya or is used with permission.

Customers and website visitors are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use any Crafiya content for commercial or personal use without written permission from Crafiya.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

18. Product Care

Crafiya products are handmade and should be handled with care.

Customers are advised to keep jewellery and accessories away from water, perfume, chemicals, excessive sweat, rough handling, and direct harsh sunlight.

Damage caused due to improper use, storage, mishandling, or customer negligence will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

19. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as WooCommerce, Shiprocket Checkout, courier partners, payment gateways, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or communication tools.

Crafiya is not responsible for any failure, delay, error, or issue caused by third-party service providers, payment gateways, banks, courier partners, or external platforms.

20. Limitation of Liability

Crafiya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

Crafiya will not be responsible for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, courier disruptions, internet failure, payment gateway issues, or other unforeseen events.

22. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Crafiya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions, website use, products, orders, payments, returns, cancellations, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
