By placing an order with Crafiya, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Cancellation Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible through:

The cancellation request should include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Registered phone number or email address
- Reason for cancellation
Once we receive the cancellation request, we will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
After dispatch, the order will be treated as shipped. If the customer still wants to return or exchange the product after delivery, the request will be handled according to Crafiya’s Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
4. Prepaid Order Cancellation
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved by Crafiya, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
Refund processing may take approximately 7 days.
Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or payment service provider.
5. Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
For COD orders, customers are required to make 25% advance payment before the order is confirmed and processed. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
If a COD order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch, the 25% advance payment will be refunded.
If the COD order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
6. Refund of COD Advance Payment
If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the 25% advance payment will be refunded through a suitable payment method such as UPI, bank transfer, or the original payment source, depending on the method used for payment.
Customers may be required to provide correct refund details for processing the refund.
Crafiya will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect bank, UPI, or payment details provided by the customer.
7. Cancellation by Crafiya
Crafiya reserves the right to cancel any order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailable
- Payment not received
- COD advance payment not completed
- Incorrect or incomplete customer details
- Incorrect pricing or listing error
- Product quality issue before dispatch
- Courier service not available for the customer’s PIN code
- Suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk order activity
- Customer unreachable for order confirmation
If Crafiya cancels a prepaid order or an eligible COD advance-paid order, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or another suitable refund method.
8. Changes to Order Details
If a customer wants to change order details such as address, phone number, product, quantity, or size preference, the request must be made before dispatch.
Crafiya will try to accommodate such requests, but changes are not guaranteed once order processing has started.
After dispatch, changes to order details may not be possible.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully check all order details before placing an order, including:
- Product name
- Quantity
- Size or standard size option
- Color or design selection
- Delivery address
- PIN code
- Phone number
- Email address
- Payment method
Crafiya will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. Handmade Product Processing Note
Crafiya sells handmade jewellery and accessories. Since each order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch, customers are requested to raise cancellation requests as early as possible.
Once the order has moved into dispatch or shipping stage, cancellation will not be possible.

12. Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to this Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
